Fully Remote BCBA in Ohio

The Remote BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with families and care teams—all in a virtual setting.

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) remotely
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide virtual supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to RBTs in accordance with BACB requirements
• Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and ensure progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of services, supervision, and client progress
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, educators, and other service providers
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards, HIPAA, and Ohio Medicaid or insurance requirements
• Participate in team meetings and continuing education activities

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
• Licensed to practice behavior analysis in the state of Ohio, or eligible for licensure
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in applied behavior analysis
• Experience supervising RBTs and delivering parent training
• Strong data analysis, clinical writing, and communication skills
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHRs)
