Teacher Assistant | Littleton, Colorado

A full-semester contract opportunity is available for a paraprofessional role at an elementary school located in Evergreen, CO. This position is designed to provide individualized instruction to a student who has been homeschooled and requires additional academic support.

• Delivering tailored, one-on-one academic support to a student with low academic skills
• Assisting the student in developing foundational educational abilities
• Collaborating with teachers and staff to implement effective instructional strategies
• Maintaining a positive and encouraging learning environment
• Attending to the student’s individual educational needs during the school day

• Experience working as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role preferred
• Patience, adaptability, and strong communication skills to engage with the student effectively
• Ability to follow individualized instruction plans and adjust approaches as needed
• Commitment to supporting student growth and academic progress
