Co-op, HR Analytics and Insights (Spring 2026)

The HR Analytics and Insights team is seeking a Co-Op to leverage their passion in data management, reporting and analytics to support the HR team at Delta.

• Create multi-functional data extracts from enterprise-wide data sources
• Develop reports and analyses
• Visualize data creatively
• Create documentation & automated processes

• Must be enrolled as a full-time student pursuing an undergraduate degree in a 4-year academic institution
• At least a 3.0 GPA on a 4-point scale
• Must be available to work on a full-time basis for 3 alternating semesters
• Must be able to work onsite in our Atlanta, GA office for the duration of the Co-op
