Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a fast-paced technology company and a leader in the world of Data Centers. We are currently expanding our infrastructure management team in the Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC) and invite cleared professionals to join our elite team. • Leading and supervising a Decom team of hourly employees within the ADC
• Ensure overall safety and security is supported across multiple teams/shifts
• Strategic planning, forecasting and resolution of problems; addressing any staffing needs
• Mentoring, training and developing direct reports for career progression; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees
• Write and deliver annual performance reviews to senior management
• Develop, improve, and share operational best practices across all ADC regions
• Work with other supporting functions and operational regions to develop performance KPI and metrics; drive throughput efficiencies by continuously improving operational processes

• High school or equivalent diploma, or A+ or CND (Certified Network Defender) or Network+ or Security+
• 2+ years of experience hiring and managing performance of technicians to meet service level agreements
• 1+ years of experience working on IT hardware including repairs, assembly, manufacturing, installations or life cycle decommissioning
• 1+ years experience working with inventory management systems
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph
