Occupational Therapist School Setting in Fremont, CA

A full-time Occupational Therapist position is available to provide specialized support for students in a K-12 school setting. This contract role covers a maternity leave assignment from November 10, 2025 through December 29, 2025 in Fremont, CA.

• Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to the individual needs of students within the school setting
• Evaluate students’ functional abilities and develop appropriate intervention plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote student progress and inclusion
• Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions and student progress in accordance with regulatory standards
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed to support educational goals

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience working in schools or with pediatric populations
• Strong understanding of school-based occupational therapy practices and federal/state guidelines
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with educators and families
• Ability to implement individualized therapy plans to support academic and functional performance
• Reliable and adaptable, capable of managing a temporary leave assignment with professionalism
