Policy Certification Specialist – Travelers Careers
Responsibilities
- Accurate retrieval and assembly of insurance policy documents
- Identify documents necessary to complete the policy
- Communicate with customers regarding their request
- Manage current work items through daily access to unit work queue
Requirements
- 1 year insurance experience
- Adobe Professional experience
- Knowledge of Records Management Software
- FileNet Image Services and Content Navigator experience
- Experience with Minolta Microfilm/Microfiche equipment
- Experience with HOST and Web applications
