• Provide individualized and small group instruction aligned with students’ IEP goals.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to adapt curriculum and implement accommodations and modifications.
• Deliver services in both push-in and pull-out formats, depending on student needs.
• Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment that promotes student growth and independence.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with families and related service providers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring data.
• Engage in regular planning and professional collaboration during designated hours.

• Valid state certification in Special Education (K–2 or appropriate grade span)
• Experience in inclusive education settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
