Senior Business Associate - Internal Audit VP

The Business Associate is a senior level position responsible for the overall administrative activities of a business.

• Support BIC Leadership team/Business Manager with audit planning and related audit activities
• Act as a trusted partner to identify priorities, champion process improvements
• Advance organization/people strategy goals including communications strategy, talent strategy, and employee engagement initiatives
• Drive productivity/cost savings initiatives in partnership with the senior management team
• Participate in leadership meetings to assess scope of communications needs and follow-up actions
• Perform high-impact analysis for board and governance reporting and fostering strong relationships with regulators through quality deliverables
• Partner with COO team, Strategy, Change Management & Special Project team as well as other Business Execution team members in completing various ad-hoc projects/initiatives/regulatory driven deliverables
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets
• Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

• 6-10 years of experience in a financial services role
• Communications or marketing experience preferred
• Demonstrated working knowledge of financial services industry
