RN Home Health

The Staff RN is a licensed professional care giver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and provides care to these patients via therapeutic use of self the nursing process the environment/instrumentation and other health care team members

• Provide care to patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment/instrumentation, and other healthcare team members
• Assume responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame

• Current CA RN license
• Valid California Drivers License and proof of current Automobile Insurance
• BLS certification (through the AHA)
• One year prior experience as an RN in an acute care setting
• Two of the last five years working as a RN in a Home Health Agency
• Demonstrated experience working with Oasis 'C' data set
