Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager to join our team.

• Drive the security strategy and experience across the company leveraging key insights to drive foundational improvements to the support experience for our customers.
• Drive key improvements into the product to ensure we are a reference implementation of Dynamics.
• Own setting and executing product strategy for Microsoft Support experiences across multiple lines of businesses.
• Engage with stakeholders across the company from the engineering groups, businesses, and the support organization.

• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
• OR equivalent experience
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
• Experience working in or with global support businesses
• Experience designing and working with support and/or CRM systems
