About the role
This role is responsible for working cross-functionally within the information security team, specifically app security, cloud security, and security engineering, to support business management and project management functions.
Responsibilities
- Streamline business operations reporting, consolidating reports provided by various ISO teams into more automated routines and dashboards
- Build and maintain business and security operational dashboards, highlighting key risks, and enabling security leaders to make critical decisions to address control gaps and vulnerabilities.
- Act as a project manager responsible for delivering projects in the app security, cloud security, and security engineering space.
- Analyze security data and translate technical information into business-friendly executive level language and briefings.
- Maintain all documentation related to ISO’s operating model.
- Assist with contractor management process, including the review of contract pipeline and governance.
- Assist with the management of ISO workforce data, reporting and analysis, requisition management, in partnership with central business operations team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience in Technology and/or Business Management roles
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship building skills to effectively collaborate and translate between technical and non-technical teams
- Excels at managing multiple deliverables and completing assignments with competing deadlines
- Ability to partner with all levels of the organization, gain trust, and drive full participation from teams.
- Experience in financial, project, and business management processes.
- High proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio, Project) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage projects across multiple geographies and time zones
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt quickly to change
