Senior Application Engineer – Workforce Management

The Senior Application Engineer will be a member of the Digital & Technology, Parks Technology team supporting Workforce Management Technologies for Universal Destinations and Experiences.

• Provide a system support role for day-to-day systems operations
• Analyze UKG and other application requests
• Collaborate with internal and external partners
• Participate in the definition, development, and documentation of business requirements

• 5+ years’ experience with configuration and support of UKG Pro WFM
• 5+ years’ experience with configuration and support of UKG Advanced Scheduler and Forecasting
• 5+ years’ experience with configuration and support of UKG Workforce Leave including attendance
• 3+ years’ experience with UKG Workforce Integration Manager and/or BOOMI Integration Services

• 24×7 support on a rotational basis
• Collaborate with internal and external partners
• Participate in the definition, development, and documentation of business requirements
• Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities
