Clinical Data Analyst

Manages and interprets clinical EHR-based datasets, translating clinical nuances into actionable insights. Formulates and helps to define the scope or format of reports. Uses clinical knowledge, background, or experience to guide analytic needs. Partners with technical teams to validate data availability, integrity, and fitness for release. Identifies trends and provides recommendations to drive quality improvement.

• Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
• Additional Preferences: Bachelor's Degree in clinical field, Data analysis experience with strong written and verbal communication skills, Proficiency with SQL or other data manipulation languages, experience with Google Cloud Platform or other cloud computing environment
