Testing Intermediate Analyst - Officer

Automation tester required to have in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area (KYC Preferred). Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required.

• Proficient at operating with considerable autonomy and discretion as you will significantly influence the way an application is designed and developed by providing subject specific expertise and an advanced level of understanding of application programming principles.
• Sought after due to ability to analyze and troubleshoot coding, application performance and design challenges.
• Create the Frameworks/ Test Scripts Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Create reusable frameworks, libraries, and templates to accelerate automation and testing of KYC Projects.
• Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and maintain best practices.
• Ensure tooling can be run in CICD providing real-time on demand test execution shortening the feedback loop to fully support Handsfree execution
• Regression , Integration, Sanity testing, Regression automated suites, reports issues – provide solutions and ensures timely completion
• Own and drive automation in Data and Analytics Team to achieve the automation activities for KYC projects.
• Design and develop integrated portal to consolidate utilities and cater to user needs.
• Supports initiatives related to automation testing requirements for process and product rollout into production.
• Specialists who can work with technology team to design and implement appropriate automation scripts/plans for an application testing, meeting required KPI and automation effectiveness.
• Ensure new utilities are documented and transitioned to testers for execution and supports for troubleshooting in case required.
• Monitors and reviews code check-ins from peers and helps maintain project repository.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within groups on various projects assigned.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to define testing requirements and strategies.
