ICU RN

A skilled Registered Nurse with critical care experience is needed to provide high-quality patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting.

• Monitor and assess critically ill patients to provide timely interventions and treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, manage life-support equipment, and document patient progress accurately.
• Educate patients’ families about care plans and support strategies.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.

• Current RN licensure with ICU specialty experience.
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills.
• Ability to perform in high-stress and fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• ACLS and BLS certification preferred.
