• Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitor patient condition, document observations, and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Valid RN license with Medical-Surgical experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage an estimated patient ratio of 1:6 efficiently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Current BLS certification.
