Lead Material Handler - Distribution Center

• Leading a team of 120 employees on the Warehouse floor
• Directing work and resources to achieve timely completion of work tasks
• Solving material issues in location, during pick and pack
• Managing inventory during batching, pick and pack process
• Ensuring accuracy and troubleshooting errors in pick/pack process
• Picking and packing medicine for shipment to hospitals, practices, and pharmacies
• Maintaining the highest level of productivity and accuracy
• Working in the Acumax system to ensure all packages ship on time

• Typically requires 5+ years of related experience
• 5 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution center or manufacturing is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience and/or certification with warehouse equipment such as Forklift, Cherry Picker and Reach Truck
• Strong knowledge of material handling principles and practices
• MS Office experience at a basic level
• SAP and Accumax experience would be considered a strong asset
