Supervisor, Wardrobe (Third Shift)

Responsible for managing the overall daily operation for assigned area within the Wardrobe Services, Laundry Services and Mail Services departments to deliver an excellent guest service experience while ensuring quality controls and guest inquiries.

• Manage the overall daily operation for assigned area within the Wardrobe Services, Laundry Services and Mail Services departments
• Ensure quality controls and guest inquiries
• Participate in budget preparation and monitoring to meet plan
• Monitor the production and ensure that the Team Members have the tools to be successful
• Develop the Leads, including training, coaching and mentoring
• Coach and motivate wardrobe Team Members to promote safe and efficient wardrobe operations
• Provide work direction, counseling, coaching and performance reviews to hourly Team Members
• Perform proper and timely administration of daily payroll
• Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities

• 1+ year of dry cleaning, laundry management or operational supervision required
• High school degree or GED: required
• Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred
