Learning and Development Associate - Work from Home

The Learning and Development Associate - Work from Home will manage internal knowledge repositories and support the design and delivery of learning programs to optimize operational effectiveness.

• Create, update, and maintain essential internal job aids and knowledge articles for operational teams.
• Assist in the design and development of engaging training content, job aids, and other instructional materials to support associate learning and performance.
• Develop and prepare compelling presentations and decks to support the Learning and Development team's initiatives and training programs.
• Provide comprehensive project coordination for key learning and development initiatives, ensuring milestones are met and projects are delivered successfully.
• Ensure all content and training materials adhere to established standards for tone, voice, and process.
• Conduct thorough reviews of knowledge articles and training content, engaging with subject matter experts for validation.
• Retire outdated content and identify opportunities for the creation of new resources to address knowledge and skill gaps.
• Engage with diverse teams to support strategic initiatives and maintain alignment between knowledge content and training goals.
• Contribute to innovation and continuous enhancement of both content management and learning development functions.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least one year of project management or process management experience
• At least one year of experience supporting consumer or business credit cards products
