About the role
Logistics Specialists will perform operations across three key areas: Warehousing, Transportation, and Data Centers. This role involves monitoring inventory levels and conducting cycle counts to ensure adequate stock is available for build and repair activities. Process inbound and outbound shipments, manage Inventory Management Systems, and oversee chain-of-custody processes for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct cycle counts to ensure adequate stock is available for build and repair activities.
- Process inbound and outbound shipments, manage Inventory Management Systems, and oversee chain-of-custody processes for customers.
- Transport parts between locations using sprinter vans, trucks, or various powered equipment such as forklifts or electric pallet jacks.
Requirements
- 2+ years of logistics experience, preferably in a warehouse environment and 1+ year experience driving box trucks up to 26' in length
- 1+ year experience operating a forklift or similar type of powered lifting equipment
- Experience using a computerized Inventory Management System (IMS)
