Nurse Manager Nursing Bed Placement

The Manager has 24-hour accountability, authority and responsibility for quality of services, operational management and human resource management for an assigned environment(s). The Manager fosters the integration of the organization's vision and values, and accomplishes the mission and strategic plan through an accountable work team.

• Provide leadership direction to staff, patients and all members of the healthcare team.
• Uphold a high level of performance standards for self and associates led and influenced through actions.
• Demonstrate responsibility for planning, implementing and evaluating decisions that impact my scope of responsibility.
• Communicate effectively and provide ongoing feedback to my staff, patients and the leadership team.
• Identify, select, develop and retain talent.

• Bachelor's from an accredited school of nursing Required
• Master's Preferred
• RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure Kansas Registered Nurse License Required
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Required
