Senior Staff Engineer, Google Cloud Storage (Mandarin, English)

Google Cloud's software engineers develop the next-generation technologies that change how billions of users connect, explore, and interact with information and one another.

• Develop and drive the technical roadmap for the Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) storage client portfolio.
• Lead the architecture of integrated storage solutions.
• Act as the architectural bridge between the Google Cloud Storage (GCS), Lustre, and other core engineering.
• Mentor executive engineers across the organization and elevate the technical bar for the entire storage group through design leadership.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 5 years of experience with design and architecture, and testing/launching software products.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to partner with local clients and regional partners.

• Ability to own outcomes and decision making, solving ambiguous problems and influencing stakeholders; deep expertise in domain.
