Director | Small Business Bank Lending Operations at Capital One. Lead operations teams, manage projects, ensure compliance, and improve customer experience in small business lending. Requires 4+ years in project, people, and operations management.

• Lead operations teams including Loan Closing, Portfolio Servicing, Construction Monitoring and Renewals
• Lead project work across Credit Operations and administration of Loan Origination System
• Develop understanding of business operations, customer experience and regulatory environment
• Analyze data to identify risks and trends
• Support internal business resource planning
• Provide guidance on operational changes
• Drive collaboration between sales, risk, underwriting, compliance, legal and other functions
• Escalate risk management gaps and concerns
• Identify and execute opportunities to improve operations and risk management

• Curious, analytical, discerning, deliberative, action-oriented, results-driven, up for challenges, passionate, customer-focused, communicative, influential, collaborative
• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
• 4+ years of Project Management experience
• 4+ years of People Management experience
• 4+ years of Leading Operations Teams
• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills (preferred)
• Excellent problem solving and influencing skills (preferred)
