About the role
As an expert member of the HR team, the LRC is responsible for serving as a strategic labor consultant to local HR and core leaders who are experiencing labor organizing activity.
Responsibilities
- Facilitating and recommending best practice approaches to labor and caregiver relations
- Adherence to HR policies, compliance with regulatory and policy requirements
- Making recommendations for workplace environment improvement
Requirements
- 8 years of progressively responsible exempt level HR experience
- Consulting experience
- Multi-site/location, multi-line of business, and/or integrated health system experience
- Demonstrates advanced experience in labor relations
