About the role

As an expert member of the HR team, the LRC is responsible for serving as a strategic labor consultant to local HR and core leaders who are experiencing labor organizing activity.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitating and recommending best practice approaches to labor and caregiver relations
  • Adherence to HR policies, compliance with regulatory and policy requirements
  • Making recommendations for workplace environment improvement

Requirements

  • 8 years of progressively responsible exempt level HR experience
  • Consulting experience
  • Multi-site/location, multi-line of business, and/or integrated health system experience
  • Demonstrates advanced experience in labor relations
