Speech Therapist Per Diem Days- Inpatient rehab

The Staff Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for providing therapy services, upon referral from an appropriate licensed practitioner, to patients including assessment, treatment program planning, and implementation related documentation and communication.

• Provides therapy services, upon referral from an appropriate licensed practitioner, to patients including assessment, treatment program planning, and implementation related documentation and communication.
• Evaluates and treats patients in order to produce effective outcomes.
• Communicates and assists in resolving problems.
• Demonstrates effective resource utilization that is critical to operational stability within the organization.
• Participates in performance improvement and program growth.

• Minimum: Master's Degree in Communication Disorders or Speech Language Pathology
