Special Education Teacher

A K-12 Special Education Teacher opportunity is available in Clark, CO, supporting approximately seven students with mild to moderate needs.

• Develop individualized education plans and update them regularly to meet student progress and needs
• Collaborate closely with related services personnel to enhance student support
• Engage with students, families, and school staff to promote academic and social development
• Monitor and document student progress and report outcomes accurately

• Valid Colorado Department of Education License for Special Education Generalist
• Experience working with K-12 students in mild to moderate special education settings
• Proficiency in writing and implementing IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
