About the role
Develop and maintain detailed financial reporting for all weekly, monthly and quarterly rhythms. Deliver high-quality financial materials for key leaderships reviews including Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), close decks, executive memos, and capacity council updates.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed financial reporting for all weekly, monthly and quarterly rhythms.
- Deliver high-quality financial materials for key leaderships reviews including Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), close decks, executive memos, and capacity council updates.
- Ensure accurate Graphics Processing Units (GPU) cost reporting with a strong emphasis on aligning billing practices with established financial principles and telemetry data.
- Understand the GPU demand drivers and incoming supply and create weekly updates on signals and supply schedule by working with engineering leaders on Search and Ads.
- Manage and validate cross-charging processes across teams to ensure equitable and transparent cost allocation.
- Drive process improvements and scalability by automating reporting templates and enhancing data workflows.
- Leverage engineering data to maintain and update product-level cost allocations across key services, including Bing, MSN, Copilot, and Ads.
- Support landing the annual budget/forecasts, seasonality and system loads.
- Understand the key assumptions driving the budget and seasonality to track over the year.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, finance, or related field
