Nursing Assistant Lead, Evening Shift, Full-Time - Permanent, Washington Veterans Home
Responsibilities
- Lead and assist nursing assistants in routine work
- Develop and implement the daily staffing schedule
- Provide input to supervisors on performance of nursing assistants
- Assist in orienting and training new nursing assistants
Requirements
- Valid Washington state license to practice as a nursing assistant certified
- One (1) year of experience as a nursing assistant
- High school graduation or GED equivalent
- Six (6) months of experience involving customer service in a healthcare setting or six (6) months of experience involving direct patient care
