Nursing Assistant Lead, Evening Shift, Full-Time - Permanent, Washington Veterans Home

• Lead and assist nursing assistants in routine work
• Develop and implement the daily staffing schedule
• Provide input to supervisors on performance of nursing assistants
• Assist in orienting and training new nursing assistants

• Valid Washington state license to practice as a nursing assistant certified
• One (1) year of experience as a nursing assistant
• High school graduation or GED equivalent
• Six (6) months of experience involving customer service in a healthcare setting or six (6) months of experience involving direct patient care
