About the role
The position reports to the State Plans Coordinator responsible for supporting training and professional development partnerships including the Alliance, the Child Welfare Advancement Program (CWTAP) Bachelor’s and Master’s degree program, and the Partners for Our Children (P4C) training evaluation program.
Responsibilities
- Track and manage training for internal staff, foster and adoptive families, and external partners
- Assist with FBSD policies and procedures
- Manage projects to improve the effectiveness of programs, compliance, and adherence to laws, rules, and regulations
Requirements
- Nine (9) years of relevant professional experience with increasing levels of responsibility in accounting, payroll, finance, or closely related field
- A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field AND five (5) years of relevant professional experience with increasing levels of responsibility in accounting, payroll, finance, or closely related field
