Provide specialized nursing care in a stepdown unit, focusing on patients transitioning from intensive care to general medical-surgical levels.

• Monitor and assess patients recovering from intensive care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and update care plans.
• Educate patients and families on post-hospital care.
• Document patient progress and communicate changes effectively.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and changes in condition.

• Valid RN license with experience in stepdown or telemetry nursing.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and dynamic clinical settings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Prior experience with cardiac monitoring is a plus.
