This position ensures excellent, personalized customer service to each caller, addresses caller inquiries, and directs them to the appropriate department or personnel. The value you'll bring to the team: Answers a high volume of inbound calls, averaging 80-130 calls per day. Responds to calls politely, professionally, and efficiently. Mains a calm demeanor while handling stressful interactions, and troubleshoots problems and concerns. Accesses a variety of resources for accurate, complete, and appropriate management of calls. Assists callers and patients with needs such as selecting providers, scheduling appointments, and preparing patients for their first appointment Qualifications The expertise and experience you'll need to succeed: High School Grad or Equivalent Required American Association Medical Assistants (AAMA) Required 1 Year of medical office experience Preferred This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.

Requirements
- High School Grad or Equivalent Required
- American Association Medical Assistants (AAMA) Required
