• Help customers with technology challenges
• Have casual conversation
• Show off services and products
• Reduce customer financial anxiety
• Ensure all audit and security policies and procedures are followed
• Support customers in all areas of the branch
• Educate customers on banking channels and products
• Work with an energized team of banking professionals

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales or Customer Service experience
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience
