Senior Legal Processing Specialist

Review, log, and route legal Service of Process (SOP) documents received by the organization. Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and our Shared Services partner, helping to ensure that tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. While the Shared Services team supports certain functions, you will be expected to take ownership of the more complex or sensitive workstreams and provide guidance as needed to maintain quality and consistency.

• Review, log, and route legal Service of Process (SOP) documents received by the organization
• Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and our Shared Services partner
• Conduct docket and court-filed document searches for state and federal cases
• Perform jury verdict and attorney background research using Westlaw and other legal research tools
• Respond to inquiries from Coverage Counsel and Claims Legal, providing clear and well-documented information
• Gather and analyze data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal policies and procedures
• Assist with reporting and data tracking using Excel and other tools to support operational transparency
• Create and maintain visual dashboards and quarterly presentations in PowerPoint to communicate team progress and insights

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or 4+ years of professional experience with at least 2 years in a relevant role
• Paralegal certification preferred
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Demonstrated research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Comfortable navigating complex issues using a solid understanding of company policies and legal procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint required
