Nurse PCU I

Seeking highly skilled RNs to provide critical, complex care in our Progressive Care Unit.

• Observe, collect, and record patient biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and self-care data
• Formulate nursing diagnoses, and measure progress
• Implement age-appropriate care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, families, and the healthcare team
• Administer medications with precision for patient safety
• Manage chronic ventilator patients, including emergency interventions

• Oregon RN License
• AHA BLS for healthcare providers within 30 days
• ACLS within 6 months
• 1 year RN experience OR current Mercy Medical Center Nurse
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• PCU and/or ICU experience preferred
• PCCN preferred
