Co-op - Flight Operations - Pilot Learning Experience and Strategy

Delta Training Analytics team is seeking highly motivated and data curious Co-Op who is excited to leverage data to improve the Pilot Training Experience.

• Learner Insights & Advisory - Focused on deepening understanding of their training experience and championing their needs before, during and post training thru research and insights shared from Learner Feedback.
• Learner Analytics - Conduct ad hoc analysis to support training curriculum changes or development of new training programs.
• Learner Experience Strategy & Integration - Support long-term strategy development that includes pilot training journey mapping & touchpoints, expanding Listening Posts, standardization of surveys and new data collection implementation.

• Experience or a demonstrated interest in data analysis and coding, preferably SQL
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, preferred, but not required
• Strong organizational, project management, and personal management skills
• Robust verbal and written communication skills at all levels
• Ability to work well in teams
• Currently must be enrolled full-time and pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics or related quantitative field.
