Co-op, Flight Operations – Project Development Office (Summer 2026)

The Co-Op will work at Delta's World Headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a paid position, including additional privileges such as standby travel anywhere in the Delta system while off duty.

• Partner with stakeholders in a Business Analyst type role
• Define process improvement opportunities, assist with development and maturation of recommended solutions
• Support Delta’s global innovation initiative through applications of creative design concepts
• Develop and implement feedback analysis using basic survey and statistics methodologies
• Support project leaders on technology programs with external vendors and Information Technology teams

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration (Information Technology Management), Industrial Engineering, or similar degree
• Team player that fosters trust, open dialogue, and healthy conflict with coworkers
• Strong interpersonal skills and servant leadership required
• Preferably a rising Sophomore or rising Junior

• Standby travel anywhere in the Delta system while off duty
