An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with Emergency Room experience located in Soledad, CA. This contract position offers a chance to apply clinical skills in a fast-paced ER environment, providing critical care to patients in need.

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to emergency patients with varying degrees of urgency
• Perform thorough patient assessments and administer appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Monitor patient progress and document all nursing actions accurately
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and emergency care standards

• Current and valid RN license with Emergency Room experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• CPR and ACLS certification preferred
