About the role
Primary focus on GI malignancies, with inpatient and outpatient responsibilities at AdventHealth Orlando, the system's tertiary referral center. Access to our state-of-the-art AdventHealth Cancer Institute, a nationally recognized program providing multidisciplinary care across medical oncology, surgical oncology, radiation oncology, and subspecialty oncology services. Collaborate with a dedicated team of world-class physicians and APPs, along with nurse navigators, social workers, chaplain support, pharmacy, and nutrition services. Participation in multidisciplinary clinics, tumor boards (daily), and cutting-edge clinical trials, including Phase I research. Established infusion centers, surgical oncology, GI surgery, hepatobiliary surgery, and radiation oncology available onsite. Extensive regional network with 7+ medical oncology sites across Central Florida for collaboration and referral support.

Requirements
- Board certification in Internal Medicine with subspecialty certification/eligibility in Medical Oncology.
- Fellowship training in Gastrointestinal Oncology is strongly preferred.
- Interest in program development and contributing to the continued growth of a destination cancer program.
