About the role
The Business Program Manager supporting the Project Management Organization in Device Partner Sales plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, strategic alignment, and execution across key planning and governance initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage the centralized intake process for business initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and readiness for execution.
- Partner with stakeholders to assess and align resource capacity with fiscal year planning cycles and evolving business needs.
- Support governance frameworks, including milestone tracking, risk management, and executive reporting for PMO-led initiatives.
- Facilitate coordination across business, engineering, and partner teams to drive clarity, accountability, and timely decision-making.
- Identify and implement improvements to PMO processes, tools, and rhythms to enhance efficiency and transparency.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of strategic programs and special projects as prioritized by the PMO.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years financial analysis or accounting experience
- Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
