Clinical Services Manager - Psychologist

DSHS's Behavioral Health & Habilitation Administration (BHHA) is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to oversee the civil commitment program at Behavioral Health and Treatment Centers - Maple Lane located in Grand Mound, WA, near Chehalis.

• Lead and supervise psychologist 4s and psychiatric social worker 4s
• Provide clinical leadership to Program Specialists and Institutional Counselors
• Ensure the quality of evidence-based clinical services
• Conduct performance reviews annually for staff under direct supervision
• Provide guidance to ensure that clinical records are accurate, current, and meet licensing regulations and policy

• Licensed Psychologist with a PsyD and post-doctoral experience in clinical assessment
• Familiarity with providing evidence-based treatment to clients
• Managing others and providing clinical supervision to professional staff
• Knowledge of civil commitment process, regulations, and petition work is preferred
