Make your mark in our Claims Team How you will create an impact : Handle and provides claim services to clients locally and internationally. Properly handle client’s expectation as well as maintain service level agreement and Best Practices. Investigate and make technical Casualty claim decisions under regulatory environment and given claim authorities. Be supportive and align with underwriters and other business functions for optimal outcome and performance. Manage and analyze claim portfolios in accordance with company policy and guidelines

• Handle and provides claim services to clients locally and internationally.
• Properly handle client’s expectation as well as maintain service level agreement and Best Practices.
• Investigate and make technical Casualty claim decisions under regulatory environment and given claim authorities.
• Be supportive and align with underwriters and other business functions for optimal outcome and performance.
• Manage and analyze claim portfolios in accordance with company policy and guidelines

• Bachelor’s degree of laws or related fields.
• At least some experience in Casualty claims or third party liability claims with fair technical skills
• Good command of English and Microsoft Office
• Strong articulate communication with high responsibilities and service mind
• Well manage in tight schedules, working under pressure, and client’s expectation.
