Teacher of the Visually Impaired

A full-semester contract opportunity is available for a skilled Teacher for the Visually Impaired to support K-12 students in Burnsville, MN.

• Develop and implement individualized educational plans
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and related service providers
• Utilize adaptive technology and specialized teaching methods
• Conduct assessments and maintain detailed records on student progress
• Provide training and resources to staff and families

• Certification as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI)
• Experience working with K-12 students with visual impairments
• Strong knowledge of assistive technology and educational strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
