About the role
The Fiscal Analyst 1 position will process invoices, track payments, prepare budget information, and ensure accurate financial records are maintained
Responsibilities
- Provide fiscal support and customer service to the Basic Training Division employees and vendors
- Review payment documents to ensure accuracy
- Prepare invoices and submit for final payment
Requirements
- Six (6) Semester or nine (9) Quarter hours in accounting, auditing, or budgeting
- At least one (1) year accounting experience performing accounts payable duties
- Demonstrated experience at the intermediate level with Microsoft Excel
