Food Service Manager 2 (FSM2)

The Food Service Manager 2 will provide comprehensive food services for the youth at Echo Glen Children's Center

• Manage, supervise, and direct staff and residents in the kitchen
• Plan menus, service, track nutrition, and prepare special diets
• Purchase, order, store, and inventory all foods and chemicals
• Prepare food for special functions for residents and cottages
• Conduct timely employee evaluations
• Assess the need and ensure employees receive training
• Support case management goals
• Inspect kitchen, dining, and food preparation
• Follow health codes and HACCP regulations

• Three years of supervisory or leadwork experience in large-scale food operations
• Bachelor's degree in institutional food management, restaurant management, or dietetics
