About the role
The Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team plays a critical role in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy into actionable local execution plans, driving operational excellence to maximize impact.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary product spokesperson and evangelist
- Build and drive business strategy
- Create and orchestrate strategic go-to-market plans
- Partner with sales and field enablement teams
- Drive GTM strategy and growth plans
- Improve how we enable Microsoft Field resources
- Simplify complex technologies
- Align cross-functional teams
- Drive innovation at scale
- Track success criteria and performance metrics
- Remove execution roadblocks
- Ensure seamless execution through improved processes
Requirements
- 5+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience
- 4+ years in Program or Project management experience in technical operations or engineering
- 1+ years of experience designing and delivering scalable Agentic AI solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 Copilot
