About the role

The Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team plays a critical role in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy into actionable local execution plans, driving operational excellence to maximize impact.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary product spokesperson and evangelist
  • Build and drive business strategy
  • Create and orchestrate strategic go-to-market plans
  • Partner with sales and field enablement teams
  • Drive GTM strategy and growth plans
  • Improve how we enable Microsoft Field resources
  • Simplify complex technologies
  • Align cross-functional teams
  • Drive innovation at scale
  • Track success criteria and performance metrics
  • Remove execution roadblocks
  • Ensure seamless execution through improved processes

Requirements

  • 5+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience
  • 4+ years in Program or Project management experience in technical operations or engineering
  • 1+ years of experience designing and delivering scalable Agentic AI solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 Copilot
