• Deliver on targets for overdue premiums, unapplied/unallocated cash, and claims, escalating issues where necessary.
• Collaborate with brokers, underwriters, operations, claims teams, and external suppliers to maximize cash collection and improve processes.
• Monitor broker and co-insurer performance against Terms of Business Agreements (TOBAs), taking action to mitigate delays and enhance settlement processes.
• Identify and implement efficiency gains in collaboration with the UKI Credit Control Team Leader.
• Provide clear instructions and coaching to offshore counterparts, ensuring seamless administrative processes and continuous improvement.
• Regularly update the UKI Credit Control Team Leader on premium receivable positions, collection status, and key metrics.
