About the role
The Workforce Development Specialist supports the program leadership on the daily operations of leading strategy for filling workforce gaps in the acute care setting
Responsibilities
- Utilizes knowledge of leadership principles and management skills
- Communicates effectively
- Maintains knowledge of national, local and facility trends in healthcare practice and reports findings to applicable leadership
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in nursing, business, or related field
- 3-5 years healthcare experience
- RNs should maintain current registration with the Florida State Board of Nursing as a Registered Professional Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
