Clinic LPN Lead

The Clinic Lead provides leadership and team management for the nursing staff, medical assistants and provides input to the management of patient service coordinators, and laboratory/radiology technicians in the Medical Center.

• Collects and documents patient health data systematically and continuously.
• Analyzes assessment data to determine and document diagnoses.
• Identifies and documents expected outcomes individualized to the patient.
• Develops and documents a plan of care with prescribed interventions to attain expected outcomes.

• High School Grad or Equiv
• Technical/Vocational School
• 3 Work Experience
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
