We’re currently seeking a Special Education Teacher for a full-time, onsite role in Minneapolis, Minnesota for the upcoming 2025/2026 school year .

Position Overview This position serves a diverse student population, focusing on individualized instruction and collaboration within an inclusive educational setting. The educator will work closely with paraprofessionals, general education teachers, and support staff to ensure each student’s needs are met.

Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in accordance with state and district guidelines Provide small-group and one-on-one instruction tailored to student goals Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic student growth Qualifications Active Minnesota Special Education Teaching License (required) Strong understanding of IEP compliance and differentiated instruction Excellent communication and organizational skills Compensation & Benefits ? $38–$45/hour (based on experience) ?
