DSHS ESA Management Analyst 5

The DSHS ESA Management Analyst 5 – Monitoring and Quality Assurance Coordinator joins the Department of Social and Health Services in a position that protects the integrity of services for immigrant and refugee families and individuals as they build new lives in Washington state.

• Supervises ORIA’s programmatic Monitoring and Quality Assurance team of analysts and consultants
• Analyzes and makes improvement recommendations to ORIA internal processes
• Directs ORIA’s annual programmatic monitoring implementation plan
• Oversees the development, management, coordination, and implementation of all required programmatic monitoring for ORIA

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, law, public health, health administration, or a related field
• Five years of demonstrated experience in two or more of the following areas: conducting research, analyzing policies, laws, rules, or regulations, conducting business analysis and developing requirements, leading business projects, managing business operations, business policy development, supervising
